1. Can I have a tree and/or decorations outside of Christmas time?

Yes. We offer our services all year round, and happy to help with your mid-Winter Christmas party, or any other similar event.

2. Can I only hire for a short time?

Yes. You can hire for as long or as short as you like.

3. What is included in the price for a tree?

Consultation with you to choose your size and theme.

Delivery of tree.

Installation of tree. Please note if it is a live tree you will be responsible for continuing to water the base over the weeks you have it, ensuring it stays lush and green for as long as possible.

Tree decorations in theme of your choice.

Multi plug to run your lights off.

Removal of tree, including tidy of house back to original setup.

4. Are all the trees and decorations hired, or can I buy some?

All are hired out and returned to us at the end of your chosen time period. You can choose to have the same decorations each year, as we reserve these for you. This means you don’t need to worry about storage of the decorations- we take care of that for you.

5. What happens if I break a decoration?

We understand that accidents/cats, can happen. We ask that you take care of the tree so that the decorations, many of which are glass, are well looked after.

6. How do I secure my tree?

Decide the theme, the size, email us, and we will send you final payment details. Then you will be all locked in for delivery on your chosen date.
